Information", in a secure

"Confidential
Information" is any type of
information provided by you, the client, or
Irantranslate in any way and that is not required by you
or us to be published or could be accessed by other
parties, unless otherwise mentioned explicitly in signed
documents or other documents prior to or during the
service processes and
neither party may use any of the other party's
Confidential Information in any way unless
otherwise stated, or any kind of consent have been
reached among parties in that regard.
Though you, as the visitor of
Irantranslate, is not required to enter any of your
confidential information, but as we proceed to start
cooperation and providing services, some more
information are needed which are guaranteed to be
treated as "Confidential information", are
actively in use till the end of the projects and will be
removed from our database prior to that, if the Client
aims at not continuing its cooperation with Irantranslate in anyway, without any limitation.
The obligation of
confidentiality in any way, including but not limited to
the above mentioned, shall
survive termination of the Contract howsoever caused.
Trademarks, copyrights,
business and brand names, trade secret and the same, are
all regarded to be the Client's or third party's
properties and we, Irantranslate, hereby do warrant that
have not the right to claim for any of them in any way,
unless such privileges are granted to us by the owner of
the above said properties.
These Terms and
Conditions apply to all Services provided to you unless
otherwise agreed between the parties in writing.
